Negative: We booked 2 rooms, one of them had a problem with sewerage probably. There was a disgusting odor. We got a replacement room - however instead of 4 beds only 2 beds room as nothing else was available. We received a price difference back afterwards but still the comfort in such a small room was a big problem. We got an additional mattresse placed on the floor. I saw all the good reviews but we did not like this accomodatiom. Each room is different there but our rooms were old and ugly. We had to move one bed to the side and you don’t want to see what mess was under the bed. Like not cleaned that area for months.

Positive: Loved the friendly, homey vibes, great breakfast, everything was super clean. The bed was very comfortable (although the pillow is a bit soft for my taste :D). Great that it's pet friendly, loved the owner's super sweet and well trained dog. It's 15 min by car from the main skiing station (Kanzelbahn) in Gerlitzen. Parking right in front of the house.

Negative: There is nothing not to like :)
